I found this channel by googling gameplay for this game after seeing it on skidrow. My favorite game of all time Final Fantasy 9. My favorite game genre is ARPG. Seems I'm quite late to the party though.

Permadeath and random classes for your first playthrough, not a great recipe.....

permadeath seems very difficult. Especially in big fights or boss fights, front liners will always die off. So front liners will always be under leveled. Like if there's a 8v8 fight, it's impossible for your front liners to survive.

I agree with your party points. I lovee big parties. In what world are your forces going to fight the Great Evil, but you can only bring along 4 people? WTF who is forcing you to do that? Lol it would be like an medieval kingdom invading another and saying "But we can only take 400 soldiers"!

Hey, it's Tales of Arise! I was hoping you would cover this at some point! 👍 From what i have seen of Arise (this is still on my to-play list, and I've tried to not spoil myself too too much), music and especially graphics really are a leap forward from Berseria. I'm not too sure about the "And then the Fire Nation came"-type of setting the devs chose. I dunno, it feels like it's hard to build a story with such a premise that still makes sense on all levels. 🤔

Oh man! There used to be an online Dynasty Warriors game! It was pretty fun! It was four vs four on revamped DW maps from different editions. Your character, skills, and weapons leveled up. Unlock more outfits. Didn't have a lot of players in the West, so it shut down. Now I wonder if there is a rogue server somewhere.

One thing that irks me, is that the range on the "radar" thingy that shows their vision, is WAY off, its as if its made by someone that doesnt know how far a meter is.

Main character model reminds me a lot of the main character in "Wet". That was a fun game.

Contrary to what the very eloquently named AG-tb1lm decided to tell you. Maybe DO BUY as the "speed" of development means little and the fact that they are still working on it, and over the past 8 months have been very steadily putting out updates means a bit more. Also, it's not an abandoned game, which I think is honestly the only reason (and even then not necessarily considering everything prior to patching and pretty much every console before the PS3 and Xbox 360? was technically abandoned once it released) you may want to not buy something. If you're upset with people taking time to make their game right, well...then you should probably just not take part in early access at all, or in the case of many modern games, maybe just don't play anything for a decade or so, that way they can work out all the bugs and implement quality of life improvements. Isn't the whole mentality of people these days: "I want shorter games with worse graphics made by people who are paid more to work less and I’m not kidding" Going with that most people also want games to take longer to release, be released in a better state, and not have the developers ever be forced to "crunch". So again, DO BUY - DEVELOPERS ARE TAKING THEIR TIME TO MAKE THE GAME RIGHT! 👍
